Synopsis
The power cable that supplies the Norwegian town of Bodo with electricity, is blown down during a violent autumnstorm. Ploddy the Police Car takes charge and pulls a new cable across the mountain. But, after the job is done, Ploddy reverses into the fallen electricity cable. He receives an electric shock. Everyone thinks that Ploddy is dead. But once again there is a miracle. Ploddy awakes - and now he is electric. Full of pure, new energy Ploddy takes up the fight against the Badger Brothers - two shady characters who have come to the small town to steal the inhabitants' drinking water. With the help of his friend, the young girl, Lottie the Otter, Ploddy reveals the secret water bottling plant inside the mountain, but it is a long, hard fight before Ploddy is able to finally confront the environmental criminals.
